At OlaPantry, we aim to deliver your orders safely and promptly. This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United Kingdom. Please Note: Shipping will be calculated separately after purchase manually on Royalmail. Please take note. It should cost around 2.99 – 7.99. Depending on the quantity ordered.
Delivery Areas
OlaPantry currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays).
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Order weight
- Delivery location
Any free delivery offers or promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
- Delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
