Refund and Returns Policy

At OlaPantry, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be offered, in line with UK consumer law.


Perishable Food Products

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on perishable items once they have been dispatched, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect (wrong product sent)

Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once assessed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (full or partial, as appropriate)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened food products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products affected by incorrect storage after delivery
  • Change-of-mind returns on food items

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Delivery Issues

OlaPantry is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer
